Overview

Seva launched with three products and plans for thirty. Most beauty systems break at that point: the logic that felt considered on a small range turns into noise once the shelf fills up.

Outcome

A modular packaging system with a fixed spine and a variable field, so every new product slots in without a redesign. The identity gets stronger as the range grows, not weaker.
